  6. I'm sorry your boss doesn't feel like your staff could use improvements. You certainly may join by yourself. The cost is the same but if you ask your fellow waiters, maybe they will want to join and split the costs?

  10. "who would like…" questions leave yes or no answers. Any yes or know question gives a possibility of "no" as an answer. Try phrasing all your communication in ways that give you only the response that you want. Instead of "would you like….." try " would you like one of these OR one of these….". Then either answer is one that you want.

  11. You are exactly right. This only works when it is appropriate but it is a very powerful tool when added to your arsenal of weapons and utilized at the right time. My program teaches you how to be prepared for a multitude of different scenarios.

  12. this works in some cases. If everyone at the table is drinking something different, the'll be really thirsty by the end of my sales pitch Also not great for larger parties, again this takes too long. I use this phrasing about 50% of the time.
