30. Inverter AC is only cost effective in cities like Mumbai, Chennai etc which is hot and humid all year around and you would need to use AC on a daily basis 365 days in year.

    Otherwise a non inverter is more cost effective and suitable for cities like Delhi, Punjab etc where we get the summers for maximum 3-4 months when you really need AC and it makes no sense to pay extra amount on an inverter AC in this case.

    People are blindly buying Inverter AC without considering their usage.
