45 mins to closest grocery store kids each way hope you have a reliable vehicle forever. Good luck getting water in this area. Water out here can be over 1000' down. That's if you can find it and half the time it's so bad you can't even wash clothes in it rotton egg smell. Sand in everything you own including tools and guns
Looks haunted
This is in the storm track and snows from Sept too may. If you love the cold there you go.
What about water? Is there a well?
How's the wind and snow? I bet you won't like it.
I WANT ALASKA
Too bad Colorado's a communist state
35 acres is too much to be easy or cheap to take care of and too small to pay for itself. It may be wonderful in the Summer but it will be a frozen Hell for the winter. The only amenity is the electric power line. If you are going to winter over you will need a standby generator.
This would be a very pleasant Summer/Fall place to get away from wherever you are. Check out the neighbors to reduce the surprises! Oh , if you plan on living there be aware that real rural living at a level above camping is more expense than you expect.
Nice and helpful info, but nothing is available in the states of CO, NM or UT. Do you have new land coming up?
Can you live in a class a motorhome while you build? Any restrictions on building?
Too close to a Highway and no trees/woods…!
I'd make the owner remove those " old structures." Nice properties.
Shall I shar with China that will have it?stop food production 🤔
You are not pronouncing the county correctly….where are you from?
Awesome video! What editing software do you use to make these?
IM JUST DOWN THE ROAD FROM THIS. BEAUTIFUL AREA
If I were to buy the property am I responsible for the abandon buildings and do I have to take them down immediately
That is a great spot I know where this is absolutely beautiful
You have a subscribe from germany👍
It seems you forgot to mention the prison in Walsenburg, you did not mention water or how very windy it is there?
Looks like paradise
Does this have water on the property ?
Nice!! Who wants to loan me 60k?? 😘
I wouldn't take property for free in COLORADO! COMMUNISTS LEFT Democrat party is F—ing up whole state ! (Weak republicans isn't fighting it, just bending over. "Thank you sir may I have another"?)
Is the property still available?
i live up hear do not pay more than $250 per ac
You said it has septic…what about the well? Is that seasonal creek a tributary of the Arkansas River?
Killer price I would buy it if I like Colorado
This would make a great Basecamp for an RV
Beautiful property…what a place to live thoughtfully and close to the land.
Do you know how many square kilometer is the land
Looks amazing but I imagine the amount of yearly snow and then the yearly melting might cause flooding.
worth about 35-40k topps
Not a bad location here. Close to town, easier access for delivery of building materials etc. I like it.
LANDiO always has beautiful Colorado dreams. Thanks for sharing.
I've seen this property when I was stationed at Ft Carson back in 1974-75. It's still absolutely breathtaking ! But I just moved home to new Mexico, so I am home!
Hmmm. What do people do for cleaning and drinking water?
